Application: Exfoliating Body Cream is applied to the wet skin during shower or bath, and is rubbed in using circular movements.  Rub harder where the skin has a tendency to bad hornifications( knees, elbows, heels, hips etc.). It is also an excellent product for the ingrown hair problem on legs (use 3 times a week for this problem).
