Eye Make Up Remover is an oil free, water soluble, clear cleanser solution with rose water extract.
It is particularly formulated and effective for the removal of mascara and make up from the sensitive eye area.
The special ingredients also provide nutrients to the eyelashes
Application: Use a small quantity on cotton pad and wipe over the eye. Repeat for other eye as required. Diluted with water Eye Make Up Remover can be used as a soothing treatment for the eyes . Place a small quantity on cotton pads and place over the eyes. Leave for 10 minutes.
